As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from us with a tracking number for your order. All Biscuit Plufls are scheduled to arrive early February and all Arctic Grey Plufls are scheduled to arrive in mid-April. We will keep you updated if that changes. The case is fully removable and machine washable. It can also be dried on a low tumble setting.

Plufl offers a partial refund on undamaged, opened items within 30 days of purchase. Customer will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price, excluding the shipping cost on the original purchase. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense. Returns will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected to confirm it is undamaged.
