Delivery Times

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from us with a tracking number for your order. 

All orders are scheduled to ship within 3 - 5 business days.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. Shipping to the UK will be opening up soon for the Hugl Body Pillow.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. It may be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine these additional costs.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs all purchases made through Plufl ("the Company") and applies to all sales channels including our website, wholesale orders, and any authorized retail partners. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth below. This policy is intended to serve as a clear record of the Company's return, refund, and cancellation terms.

1. Return & Refund Policy

Plufl accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, applied to the original purchase price.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Plufl does not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. If the item is found to be damaged or ineligible, the refund will be denied and the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.

2. Cancellation Policy

Plufl processes and fulfills orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, it is immediately transmitted to our fulfillment team for processing.

An order is considered final and non-cancellable once it has been received by the carrier and a tracking number has been assigned. At that point, the shipment is in transit and cannot be recalled or redirected. If you wish to cancel after this threshold, you must wait to receive the item and initiate a return in accordance with Section 1 of this policy.

To request a cancellation before carrier pickup, please contact us immediately at hello@weareplufl.com. While we will make every effort to accommodate pre-shipment cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed due to the speed of our fulfillment process.

 


3. Exchanges

Plufl does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, size, or color, you must return your original item in accordance with Section 1 of this policy (including the applicable 20% restocking fee) and place a new order separately.

All exchange-related returns are subject to the same eligibility conditions, restocking fees, and return shipping requirements outlined in this policy.

The Plufl Warranty

Your new Plufl human dog bed is covered by a 1-year Limited Warranty. For an entire 365 days after your purchase, if you experience any manufacturing defect that is covered under our warranty, we will provide you with a one-time replacement for any damaged part of the bed. This includes all components of the bed. If the warranty claim happens during your 30-night money back guarantee period, we will ship you the replacement after we receive the issued product and it will end your 30 night trial period. 

Exchanges will be shipped only after the photos of the damaged item(s) have been received via email at hello@weareplufl.com . Depending on where you live and available inventory, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For instructions on exchanges, Please email us at info@weareplufl.com and include the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Order ID
  • Email address
  • Details or reason why you would like to exchange
  • Photos of the damaged product and the law tag 

You can expect a response within 1 - 2 business days after we receive your e-mail. 

All Items: Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, return or exchange request. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at hello@weareplufl.com and you can expect a response within 1-2 business days. Our company has the right to refuse any returns not within our guidelines.
