Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Plufl. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work. This policy applies to all purchases made through Plufl, across our website, wholesale orders, and any authorized retail partners.
Returns & refunds
Plufl accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee applied to the original product price, whether or not the item has been opened.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in good, resellable condition: clean, complete, and with all parts and original packaging.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected. Customer-inflicted damage will disqualify a return, including hairs, odors, pet hair, stains, and misuse.
Returns are available for orders within the United States. Gift cards, final-sale and clearance items, and the X-Large Human Dog Bed are not eligible for return.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@weareplufl.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you. Manufacturing defects that appear later are covered under Plufl's Limited Warranty, separately from this return policy.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@weareplufl.com and include the following. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to ship to:
- Full name
- Order ID
- Email address
- The reason for your return
- Clear photos of the item and all of its components. For the Human Dog Bed, please show the box, both bolsters, the cover, and the foam.
We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days. Items shipped back to us without an approved return request can't be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 weeks, minus the 20% restocking fee.
After we issue a refund, it can take a few additional business days for your bank or card company to post it to your account. If it's been more than three weeks since we approved your refund and you still don't see it, email us at hello@weareplufl.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, size, or color, please return your original item under this policy (including the 20% restocking fee) and place a new order separately.
