Refund Policy

Plufl offers a full refund on unopened and unused items within 30 days from purchase, excluding the shipping cost on the original purchase. Refunds will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected to confirm they are unopened and unused. Processing time can be up to 60 days to inspect a returned item. Note only customers from the US are eligible for refund. 

To begin the refund process, kindly send us an e-mail at hello@weareplufl.com and include the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Order ID
  • Email address
  • Details or reason why you would like to return
  • Photo of the Product - in the Box Unopened

Return Policy

Plufl offers a partial refund on undamaged, opened items within 30 days of purchase. Customer will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price, excluding the shipping cost on the original purchase. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense. Returns will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected to confirm it is undamaged. Processing time can be up to 60 days to inspect a returned item. 

Any customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the ability to exchange or return the Plufl.

(Hairs, Odours, Pet hairs, stains, misuse will not be accepted)

  • Full Name
  • Order ID
  • Email address
  • Details or reason why you would like to return
  • Photo(s) of that Show the Box, 2 Bolsters, Plufl Cover, and Foam

We will aim to respond to you within 1-2 business days after receiving your e-mail.

 

Exchanges/Damage Policy

Plufl offers a full exchange on any damaged items within 30 days of purchase, including the shipping cost to send a replacement item. Exchanges will be shipped only after the photos of the damaged item(s) have been received via email at hello@weareplufl.com . Depending on where you live and available inventory, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For instructions on exchanges, Please email us at info@weareplufl.com and include the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Order ID
  • Email address
  • Details or reason why you would like to exchange
  • Photos of the damaged product and the law tag 

You can expect a response within 1 - 2 business days after we receive your e-mail. 

Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping back items for exchange and we recommend using a trackable service as lost return items cannot be reimbursed.
