Delivery times

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking number for your order.

All orders are scheduled to ship within 3 to 5 business days.

International shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. 

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

This policy governs all purchases made through Plufl ("the Company") and applies to all sales channels, including our website, wholesale orders, and any authorized retail partners. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth below.

1. Returns & refunds

Plufl accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for return eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in good, resellable condition (clean, complete, and with all parts and original packaging). This applies to all returns, whether or not the item has been opened.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, applied to the original product price.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Plufl does not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. If the item is found to be damaged or ineligible, the refund may be denied and the item returned to the customer at their expense.

To start a return, email us at hello@weareplufl.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to ship to. Items shipped to us without an approved return request can't be accepted.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 weeks of inspection, minus the 20% restocking fee. After we issue a refund, it can take a few additional business days for your bank or card company to post it. If it's been more than three weeks since we approved your refund and you still don't see it, email us at hello@weareplufl.com.

Non-returnable items. Gift cards, final-sale and clearance items, and the X-Large Human Dog Bed (which is final sale) are not eligible for return.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@weareplufl.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Manufacturing defects are covered separately under our Limited Warranty.

2. Cancellations

Plufl processes and fulfills orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, it is immediately transmitted to our fulfillment team for processing.

An order is considered final and non-cancellable once it has been received by the carrier and a tracking number has been assigned. At that point the shipment is in transit and cannot be recalled or redirected. If you wish to cancel after this point, please wait to receive the item and initiate a return in accordance with Section 1.

To request a cancellation before carrier pickup, contact us immediately at hello@weareplufl.com. We'll make every effort to accommodate pre-shipment cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed, due to the speed of our fulfillment process.

3. Exchanges

Plufl does not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, size, or color, please return your original item in accordance with Section 1 (including the 20% restocking fee) and place a new order separately. All exchange-related returns are subject to the same eligibility conditions, restocking fee, and return shipping requirements outlined in this policy.
