What is X?
Think of Lashify Membership X as the most amazing freestyle membership program you could imagine. How do I become a member?
Choose "Unlock Benefits" above to add the membership to your cart and check out! You'll be prompted to either log into an existing Lashify.com account or create and account. It's that easy. Every time you use that account you'll automatically receive your benefits. Nothing extra to remember, no extra steps.
What if I'm a Luxe Box Member?
Luxe membership is our old membership program that was all about creating a subscription box. Customers who joined and are currently enjoying the benefits of Luxe can continue to do so, that won't change. They will continue to receive discounted pricing on recurring orders and free shipping as long as they have an active subscription. Membership X is meant to either sit alongside Luxe or to replace it for the shopper who doesn't want to be tethered to a monthly box.
Can I have both Luxe Box and this membership
Sure. Please note that you will only receive Lash Cash on Lashify.com non-subscription, non-bundled orders. Just remembers, X is all about benefits and perks; Luxe is all about a subscription box. They work to bring value in different ways.
How do I redeem my Lashify credit?
Redeeming Lash Cash Credit is an easy, two-step process. Log into your Lashify account and go to your Membership Dashboard. Then follow the steps to redeem credits. You may redeem any whole-dollar credits posted to your account.
I'm a Luxe Customer, how do I switch to X?
You're not switching as much as you're adding Membership X to gain additional benefits. Simply choose the Unlock Benefits link above and checkout to become a Lashify X Member.
Existing subscription benefits will continue whether you choose to become an X member or not.
How does the $5 monthly credit work?
Every month, on the monthiversary of joining Membership X, you'll receive bonus Lashify credit that can be used on any Lashify.com retail purchase throughout the month. The $5 will only be available during the month it was issued and will not roll over from month to month.
Can I combine my Member X discount with other store discounts?
Yes! That's what sets this program apart -- it is benefits on top of benefits.
So if there's a 10% off storewide discount, you'll get 10% off in addition to your 15% off. A $100 purchase will become $76.50 ($100*10% store discount*15% X discount). PLUS you'll receive 10% back in Lash Cash -- $7.65 -- to use on an upcoming purchase.
The only thing you don't get X benefits on are subscriptions and bundled packages that are already discounted.

Will the benefits change?
The core benefits of the program have already been determined. The ongoing store discount will be between 10 & 15% and we will share in advance when that will go down. We will also offer special deals in the Backroom that we just can't offer to all Lashify Customers. Think of this as the ultimate private club where you get all the best benefits!
Do I earn Lash Cash on all purchases?
You earn 10% Lash Cash on all retail non discounted purchases on Lashify.com. If you have a Subscription box you will not receive Lash Cash for those purchases.
Please note that when you use your Lash Cash you will not earn Lash Cash on that portion of a purchase. So if your order is $100, you use $40 in Lash Cash and pay for the remainder, you will earn Lash Cash for the $60 purchase.
What is Lashify credit aka Lash Cash?
Lash Cash is credit that's automatically placed in your Membership X account dashboard and can be used at checkout just like any other form of payment. You can apply your Lash Cash and then pay for any remaining balance with another form of payment.
How does the 20% off Sign-up Bonus work?
The 20% Sign-up Bonus is a limited time offer for Customers who sign up for Membership X during our introductory period. Customers who received X membership for the cost of Luxe ($60 total for first year) do not qualify for this benefit.
The 20% Bonus discount is total discount, not in addition to the regular member discount.
This offer can be used on any Lashify.com retail purchase. Please note that subscription, bundles, and discounted items do not qualify for this additional discount.
